Maintenance/repair facility for large equipment supplier. The building is a 11,000± m² structure incorporating several large cranes (7.5 to 12 ton capacity), heavy floor loadings, heavy duty metallic floor toppings in some areas, and a large 4,000± m² exterior concrete apron designed for heavy equipment loading. Major overhead doors were incorporated into the precast wall panels.
